RiaEnjolie will sell you their service, which is website design, and you will end up with nothing.  In late October I signed up for their website design service with one of their salesmen.  I understood that there is a 30 day trial period with refund so I decided to give them a try (why not?).  The sales man walked me through the on-line application and I paid their setup fee ($99) plus first month's fee ($29.00).  Think pushy salesman trying to close the deal.  During this process he NEVER said anything about the $99 fee being non-refundable.  Long story short...they never kept their appointments, their templates were not very user friendly in the capacity in which I needed them to be, YOU have to provide all of the information to be inputted into the template and even by doing that there will still be grammatical errors, typos and page inconsistencies.  After dealing with them and being VERY dissatisfied I canceled my account.  They had a man phone and apologize requesting that I give them another chance, in which I did.  They still didn't stick with their deadline and missed an appointment.  I canceled once again and requested a refund.  I was ignored until I filed a complaint with the BBB (in which they are a member of).  In their rebuttal they lied about many events and pointed out that the small print reads that they do not refund the set-up fee AND my payment was for October 28, 2009 for one month.  The monthly fee started immediately and not when the approved website is up and running.  So basically they can drag their feet on creating your website and still get paid.  I ended up switching back to my previous provider, never had a complete website developed by them, experienced a lot of aggravation, AND lost $128.00.  I am still disputing the case with BBB and am glad that I kept most of the correspondence I sent to them (with receipt confirmation) and handwritten notes taken when speaking with them.  What a horrible company that takes advantage of new, small business owners.  The theory "if it's too good to be true then it probably is" stands true in this situation.  To top things off, today, I received a past due notice from them because they could not auto process my credit card.  Are you kidding me?!  Proceed with caution and warn your family and friends!
