Ok this guy seemed helpful at first accomidating polite.I part exchanged my car to buy a bmw from him.The car seemed fine so a drove away having paid and part exed. the following day the dash board lit up.I phoned Rich and he said bring it back ill get it sorted.I did this and he gave me my old car to drive around until the repaur was complete.

No contact from him for two weeks. I called him no progress made.He did not phone once over the period to inform me of progress. lovely customer service! he continued to dodge me for another two weeks.I eventually got to speak to him and told him I was unhappy, he needed to get it fixed sooner rather than later.He offered me a refund I said i have a statutory warrenty and that he needed to repair the car.The real "rich" ermerged...... dont get manrt with me you take me on and you ll loose he said.

I  ended the call and called again at lunch he said IM GETTING IT FIXED and put the phone down. Again no contact for two weeks.I called by the garage to confront him ghe was much the same and made it clear the only solution was to take the refund.I asked him for my personal effects from the car.He said sorry cars at a garage across town. I ll get i said come back tomorrow he replied. As i was driving away I saw the car on th car park adjacent to his garage . I went back to him (*angrily) he still denied any wrong doin stateing i meant the keys are acrooss town.I eventually got a refund but what a scumbag beware of this guy full on villian!

If some of his first rate autos on the lot got "messed up".
