Complaint Review: Ricardo Aquino Garage Door Parts

Ordered garage door parts online from Garage Door Parts LLC on 6 April 2009 for $55.10. Received confirmation and waited. After 2 weeks I started e-mailing and was told items were shipped. Just a lie. Sent many e-mails since then with no response. Tried calling the number on the web site, mailbox full.

Do not buy from thse people. They take your money and send nothing. Wish I had seen this site before I fell for it. I can't believe the site is still active with all these complaints. I did file a report with the Better Business Bureau. Beware and be warned.
