Ricardo Diaz is a CROOK! He is one of the criminal Illegal-type lying conmen from Mexico that President Donald Trump has vowed to deport or imprison. He is a lying conman that owes countless people money. He pretends to have a company Brothers Welding, but there is NO legitimate Company, just a Fraudulant front to steal money from potential clients. He now owes TaxNow1 over $8,000 for a loan, plus fees, plus vehicle theft and vehicle impound fees. He borrowed money to be paid back via tax return but his Fraudulent documentation now has the IRS after him. We unfortunately had referred him and his company to family and friends, he took deposits for Jobs over $3200 from them and he never delivered. He is quick to take money and then you never hear from him.

So sad, This guy is still out there scamming people. We recently had another referred acquaitance knocking (or actually banging) on our door threatening to press charges and take this guy to court. Unfortunately because he's illegal or "UnDocumented" there isn't much you can do. Not sure what the outcome was whether he made good on that pissed off customer or screwed them like so many others.
Also our office received an email asking for EIN or Social Security info on this guy and his pretend company Brothers Welding. Obviously he wasnt forthcoming with MTZ Steel about being Undocumented and Illegal. There are serious liabilities for companies that hire or contract to illegals. Again, so sad.
Its that time of Year again, so The IRS will be the next ones Hunting Him Down...Hopefully they and their cousins at ICE can get rid of this guy.

UPDATE: This Conman is now working out of a trucking yard located at 400 E Compton in Gardena. He and his make believe company Brothers Welding are oprating there..if you are looking for him to get you money...there or his apartment in Inglewood. He also recently conned someone into helping him get a truck...he's making payment to them with other peoples hard earned money. He'll most likely stiff that guy too. Gray Chevy Truck CA 39977N1
