In this day and age we need to be aware and beware of deceptive and deceitful practices. I will be clear that may dealings with the Rice family, particularly Joy Rice were Johnsons as deplorable as anyone could experience with someone who claims to care about one of the most important experiences of life, purchasing a home.
Shortly afterI had after I shared my experience with others, severalpeople hadmet with similar deception.These people will lead you to believe they are a family and family business but do not be deceived by this common practice that alludes to them being wholesome and honest. Dont be deceived, Joy Rice is very articulate and will tell you all you want to hear, she will support you and lie to you if it means she will benefit but as soon as it does not meet her needs she will be as rude and deceptive as she pleases with no regard for any of the damage she may be causing to others.
I will warn you to do your home work and dont be deceived or you will also regret not just the results but it will cause you to distrust others. When there are so many people who work hard to be honest, its amazing the damage one person can cause to so many and its a shame that the few like Joy Rice can destroy the image for so many. She is a greedy, selfish and can be vindictive, I and my family are were very unfortunate in meeting and trusting her and her firm and I hope I help others to beware and check around. I do highly recommend (((competitor's name redacted))) where we had an amazing experience.
