Beware - not only does this man not pay for studio time, nor marketing and public relations services he is blatantly out of a home and still refuses to pay his bills. His debut album "The Recipe" on iTunes and even after getting him on Pandora with his station he could not (or refused) to pay his bill. Do NOT go to his shows nor download his music. What a disgrace to the music industry.

As discussed, on June 23, 2016, Rich Bennett paid a settlement fee of $225.00 in settling the March 2016 signed contracted agreement between the parties to reflect settlement in full which includes the initial $150 consultation fee. This matter is now closed and no further action is taking place as the settlement agreement was paid in full on June 23, 2016.
