Complaint Review: Rich Dad Education

I attended the free seminar for Rich Dad Education on 1/31/15.  I could see from the beginning they were priming to sell something, I however was looking for some information.  I was looking forward to the actual courses, and I-Pad that was included with the $530 feefor the real seminar later in Feb 2015 they allowed you to bring a friend so I saw value- 2 for the $535.  I did tell the instructor that I may have to work on one of the 3 days if that was the case I woulkd not be able to attend... and another lady wanted to split the fee with me and come as my guest if I was going.   I was assured that I would get a refund easily within 10 days in the event I had to cancel, I had 3 business days to do so.  I  found out when I arrived home that evening we had a new COO and I was scheduled to work.  I canceled first thing in the morning on the 1st business day as well as sent an email.  I was confirmed on the 3rd day I was going to get a refund....now it has been over 2 weeks and still nothing, just shuffling and told they would be "mailing" me a check.  Beware of what this company promises...snake oil salesmen...stay away.  Broken promises and no refund as guaranteed.
