Complaint Review: Rich Dad Education

Rich Dad did not fulfill the promises it made for the education training program. There was misrepresentation, the courses are not available where the trainer said they would be, the OnDemand course site was down for over two weeks and the customer service responses were slow or not answered.

I sent in a cancellation letter with backup within 20 days due to the company not fulfilling the obligations, course and service that the trainer promised. None of the courses were available in Cape Coral, where the trainer listed on an overhead projector they would be. Some aren't even offered live! The OnDemand was down for the two weeks I started, and so I am left with on-line courses which I didn't plan to take because you need a phone line to participate and I use a 56k with my phone line!

Of course I rec'd a letter that NO refund will be made (which I knew they would say), I'm sure this same letter is sent out all the time. I was told that per the contract (that was carefully done to avoid any student refunds after 3 days)
I would have had to send it within 3 days BUT I didn't know the obligations wouldn't be met by the company then!!!!!!!!!!!1

For the outrageous cost, students should receive nothing short of EXCELLENCE!!!

And the 20 cancellation listing was for course materials or something, doesn't matter that the promises weren't delivered!!!

The "trainer" is a salesperson....period.

Let me know when there is a class action suit.
