Rich Logistics Company will lie on your DAC and blackball you!! Little Rock Arkansas
I worked for Rich Logistics as a dedicated driver from Little Rock to Dallas 5 nights a week....Warning stay away!
It was supposed to of been a 6pm to 6am shift but dispatch could never get the loads there in time for us to leave on time.
I quit because one night i was sick but still went in because the fleet manager asked me to. He told me the load wouldn't be there until 8 or 9 pm but when I got to the yard they told me MIDNIGHT 6 hours later than when I signed on to leave, so I walked out and quit.
So they will try and blackball you if you quit.
They put on my DAC i was late with deliveries and pickups and also no show. What bs I am now disputing that record on my DAC because in 26 years of driving I have never had a bad report until these idiots did it.
They don't respect the drivers and the CEO Keith Everett is always in the dispatch office screaming and cussing the dispatchers...VERY unprofessional!!!

I have recently come to know Keith Everett on both personal and business level. He has helped me improve my position in life just like many others who have worked with or worked for him. I have been in the trucking business my whole life and owned a company with over 250 employees. In my opinion, Keith Everett does things for people that go above and beyond what is required of an employer. I have known him to pay for funerals of employees parents, loan money, cosign on cars, put cars in his name for employees that have bad credit etc etc etc. Many years of working harder than competion and trying to always do right by people has made him a success. As the boss you can never make everyone happy because sometimes people do not want to pull their weight and do their job and you have to get on them and get them motivated....Keith does this quickly and that is why he gets the best out of people......Keith reminds me of a Nick Saban type coach. He is intense he is passionate and he will die with his boots on trying to help someone. He works harder than anyone and only expects out of folks what he expects from him self.
In the trucking business things happen and loads change etc etc. I would suggest to the driver who posted such a negative story go back and apologize and try to get your job back. In my opinion driving for Rich Logistics is one of the best jobs in Arkansas for a over the road truck driver. You just walked away from the best job you ever had....slip seat home every day .... great new equipment and very good pay..... go back talk to keith personally and get your job back. If you were wronged in anyway i know he will try and make any wrong .....right....
