Rich Rosner- Consultech International Scammer Pittsburgh Pennsylvania
This is a report that is about Rich Rosner and his company Consultech International. Rich Rosner is a scammer. His business is run out of his apartment located in Fox Chapel, PA. His office is in his bedroom located on the second floor of the apartment. Rich Rosner has only one person working for him who is actually a girl that cuts hair for a living. She has no knowledge of the products or services that Rich is trying to provide to unsuspecting customers. The products and services that Rich Rosner provides are mediocre at best.
Besides trying to scam unsuspecting companies into buying internet security software that barely works, Rich Rosner tries to scam women out of money. His business has no income at all because he can't seem to make any deals. So, Rich goes on dating websites and finds women that have some money. These women always seem to live in other states or far away from the Pittsburgh area. I believe that one of the reasons for this is that Rich has a long time girlfriendand in Pittsburgh and he doesn't want to let on about what he is doing to her while she is at work herself. Rich lures these girls to meet up with him during the day, has sex with them and then asks them to invest thousands of dollars in to his so-called company. Most women that he does this too are smart enough to say no to the investment. The investment that Rich is looking for isn't for his "company" it's for his own personal living expenses. He needs this money to keep up the illusion that he actually has money and that his business is lucrative. Rich drives around in a Mercedes that he can barely afford, tells people about the things he is in the process of purchasing and that he has a yacht. The yacht isn't docked here in Pittsburgh, even though he lives at a yacht club where he can dock it.
On the side, Rich Rosner is a "personal trainer". I recently found out that Rich actually never did the work to receive his personal trainer certificate. It was another person that did all of the diet and fitness plans for him and he turned it in as his own work in order to receive his certificate. He has only a few clients but tells everyone how he trains people all of the time. That's just another example of the Rich Rosner scam.
Rich Rosner has a little source of income that does keep him afloat. He sells steroids to men at the LA fitness gyms and at a few local gyms. Rich tries to push these steroids onto young boys that are trying to look "big". He has been doing this for several years now. These fitness facilities need to know the truth about what Rich Rosner is coming into their gym to do. Then, if his steroid sales arent't making enough money for him, he scams both of his roommates. He has them paying most of the rent while he pays the least. The money that they give him towards other bills such as tv/internet, gas, etc. all gets spent by Rich Rosner and then things get shut off. This is how he stays afloat until he gets a woman to give him money.
All of the reports on this site are actually true about Rich Rosner. He does go to these trade shows to pick up women and tries to extort money from them. He does sleep with Teddy bears, his fitness stuff is a complete scam and the unfortunate thing is that nobody knows this. If people were smarter, they would search on the internet any information about him before doing business with him. To all the businesses out there that may consider using Rich Rosner and his company Consultech International, DON'T!! He is unable to sell your product. He lacks the skills to communicate properly with others. He commandeers the conversation and makes it all about himself. Companies don't like to deal with a self-involved egotist! He only gets companies onboard with him so that he can use their resources to get more leads without having to pay for that information.
To all the women out there, BEWARE!!! This man is nothing but a liar and a loser looking for a free ride. He cheats on his girlfriends, he tries to extort money from girls he sleeps with outside of the Pittsburgh area and he makes believe that he has a fantastic life. Please don't fall for this stuff. Men should never treat a woman the way that Rich Rosner treats them and takes advantage of them. He gives good men like me a bad name.

That is Rich trying to back himself up. He knows nothing about software or technology let alone run a technology base company. Take notice of the comment section. He couldn't even figure out how to work this site.
If you notice the address to Consultech, , this is based out of his apartment.
Nice try Rich. But as you see, you've pissed off a great number of people, you can keep rebuttling, they will keep complaining. Maybe you should start with paying back money you owe people.
You're on steriods. Too many of "Rich Rosner's" ex's are roaming around Pittsburgh. They all talk.

In following the guidelines set forth on this site, I am providing my personal experiences with the ever so popular Rich Rosner.
Sterroids, yes. Other substances, admittedly yes. Erectile Dysfunction, yes. Compulsive liar, YES. Networking professional, if that's what cans of beer at Bob's Garage means, then yes. Always blaming his terrible roommates for all of the bad things that happen to him, yes. Plentyoffish, yes. Cheater, yes. 4 hour trips to LA Fitness, yes. Self-absorbed, yes. (Come on girls, have you ever seen his refrigerator? All the pictures of himself all through his spectacular Yacht Club apartment?) Commitment-phobe, yes. Con-artist, yes. (Strange how some posts list him as a supervisor, others as a director of sales, and yet others as the owner!!!! Get it straight, oh that's right, you can't because you've told so many lies you don't know where to begin!!!) This 40 year old man needs to be exposed, as he lives like he is 25 and takes adavantage of everyone he comes into contact with. I could go on for DAYS, but there is nothing legit about Rich AT ALL. Nothing. I'm not even sure how he keeps his head above water with all of his lies that are constantly circulating. Its very very sad. I hope that no one else is subjected to his pathetic web, however, I'm sure he's already snagged another innocent, naive person. Maybe someday he will stop being someone he's not and be ok with being the simple person he really is.

I work for Consultech and would like to let everybody know that all that is writen about my company and my co-worker are so false. It's a competitor trying to get advantage by putting out this false stuff on the net.
Rich is one of my supervisors and does a great job at work and I am so happy to work for him. He is always professional. My company also drug test and there is no way that the drug thing is true.
I also know him on a personal note and he is very caring and does a lot for his local community, so everything in these statments are so far fetch.
I just wanted to write a note and let people know that Rich has done nothing wrong. Anybody that knows him, knows that he is hard worker and great person to be around.

I'm not sure where you are getting your information, but I for one know go much and how hard Rich is working to make his company a success! As for asking women for money, I know none of that is true because I know one of the women he was with for almost a year and know for a fact that he never asked her for money or to make any investments and never would have!! You really need to check where you are getting your information from and check yourself before you keep trying to attack a persons integrity that you don't obviously know..

Fisrt I would like to say, the person or persons writing this negative stuff about my company "Consultech International" are false and so inaccurate. Consultech has been providing network solutions across the country to many satisfied customers. We have a positive and hard working staff and we are expanding into new regions in the future. Rich Rosner is our Dir of sales and has done nothing but great things for the company and for jealolus competitors and persons alike to write this horrible stuff about him is just plain wrong. He is a hard driven worker and shows team work everyday. He is a major part of our success at consultech.
I want to also say that Rich Rosner has a done a lot for his community::: he is on the civil service comm in his local area, involved in numerous charities in area and has always been there for helping people. We also drug test at Consultech and the accusations of him taking any kind of drugs are so far fetch and false.
I am glad to have Rich on my team and looking forward to much success with him in the near future.

Although I agree with the statement listed. I must say, there is one claim that is VERY VERY false statement. Rich can NO WAY be cheating on anyone! He has ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION from the steriods he's been taking for over 10yrs. So please, get your information correct! Of you'll be just like him. Which is REALLY BAD!
I'm not sure how he can sell anything IT related. He's lucky if he knows how to send a email. Ask him what a router is, he might think that means a new car.
He's dumb as nails, IQ of his sperm count - ZERO
