Complaint:

Harassment in the work place. Richard A. McLaughlin will not mind his own business. He takes part in bad-mouthing others, participating in pranks, giving others the finger while on the clock, and using the company two-way radio as a toy to tell others to 'EAT S**T' after the dispatchers have gone home for the day.

Richard is very spiteful and childish. He is constantly doing and saying things that are viewed as negative acts against others.

Putting this man on your payroll would be a big mistake. Some of the things that come out of his mouth could cause an employer legal problems or other forms of grief. Absolutely not worth the trouble.
