Complaint Review: Richard C. Carney (aka) "the cuff"

Rich Carney has not only abandoned his two wonderful children he also totally refuse to support these wonderful teenagers. At this time he owes the amount of 35,400.00 of back child support.

He is an ironworker for Local 401 in Philadelphia. He makes a substantial amount of money and is able to pay finacilly but just refuses because he is so self-centered and self-absorbed.

Any man who refuses to acknowlede his children and only dwells on the "woe is me" attitude is not a man at all. He walks around the area locally to his children and many of their friends have seen him. What a scum and if you know this man, and if you continue to hide this man than you are no better than him. Any person who thinks that his behavior is acceptable then I don't expect you to answer this question. If you think that his behavior is wrong then please tell him that he is not hurting his ex-wife, but he is hurting his children
