Complaint Review: Richard C. Frajola

Mr. Frajola has a very nasty hobby; he pours over the EBay stamp & cover site attempting to identify fake stamps & covers. Anyone who really knows the stamp & postal history market is fully aware that one CAN NOT identify either covers or stamps without personally having the item physically to examine. This miracle man can do the impossible by identifying what he calls fakes without the item! There is a method to his madness, as a member of the corrupt organization American Philatelic Society this good old guy tries to eliminate any competition in the stamp/cover market that are not part of APS buying ring. The buying ring attempts to corner the market to a small group of APS buyers he being chief buyer for postal history. And, for those out there considering selling him your holdings stay away. A friend of mine sent a large postal history collection to him and not agreeing on price when it was returned many rare postal covers were missing.
