Military romance scam. Claimed he was deployed to zafghanistan and in the Special Forces. Said he had a 5 yr old boy named Johnathan and mother Maria Durham and house in New York. Went to Afghanisran then asked for money for a leave $4000 US as mother Maria sick and he was only son. Advised wanted to get married and would visit me mid July as leave approved.
Also asked for money to get video phone service in Afghanistan. Said friend was Edwin Lawrence and had him give me bitcoin addresses to send money. Lost about $9800 US. Was using photos os Special Forces guy named Tim Kennedy. I reverse imaged the photos and figured this out after 2.5 months.
