In November 2009 I sent Richard $499 via paypal for a multistore mall. I stayed in contact with him for the next 2 1/2 months because thats how long it took him to actually install anything on my server. After the first install I ran into a problem that prevented me from using the software. It took another 2 weeks to get him to install the fix. I will be honest the software really looked promising. I thought all of my patience had finally paid off. But then I found another module that was missing. And I could not get this guy to answer his phone or e-mail for another week and a half. So I finally gave up and filed a dispute with paypal. And within 30 seconds of filing the paypal dispute, he popped out of the wood-work like a c**k-roach in headlights. Amazingly his e-mail started working again. I say amazingly because he always had 3 or 4 excuses as to why I never received any of his e-mails.
Anyway, He sends me an e-mail asking what I want to do? So I said please fix the module or refund my money. I never heard from him again. I sent him a couple more e-mail asking if he was working on the module.
MULTISHOPCMS is the name of the software today. But it might change after this report filing. So beware of the man behind the software... RICHARD ERVING!!!
I wish I found RIPOFFREPORT.COM before I paid him. If anyone else has a problem report him to PAYPAL, and to the http://www.IC3.GOV
I left out a lot of details, but someone named shannon filed a report last year. When I read her report I was amazed at just how similar her experience was to mine.
Oh.... And he claims that the software is open-source..... But there are files on my server that are encrypted....

Mike from delimonkey.com was 100% of with the software and the price as well. He wanted specific requirements in what I DID NOT CHARGE FOR. I simply sold the software to him and he knows it will do what he needs it to do better then any cart on the market.
We did NO custom work for mike at all and after his millions of calls I got tired of replying to the same thing over and over again. He simply did not know how to make it work for his products so fo rhim to say it was missing modules is simply false.
No we dont refund software or any module creations. This guy wanted more and more and I simply told him as soon as we can get a quote for him on his needs then I will be happy to quote him and do the work.
The software is open source except a couple of files to protect our license and he knew this from day one. It is for single domain use only and not multiple.
The fact that this guy thinks I am going to change the name of this software is simply ignorant
It did not take 2 weeks to fix anything, this guy made lists of things and suggestions that he wanted to see in the program. (a wish list) I dont and wont respond to all emails I get and if I was hiding and if I was going to steal money and rip off people. DONT SIGN THE AGREEMENT and agree to all the terms explained IN DETAIL. and then you have no problem.
Bottom line is There is NO missing modules and NO issues with this guy other then his product required more work and he was not willing to pay any more for work needed and he wanted to go to magneto software instead.
The fact that this site does not post any good about actions (we paid everyone back in this site) and the idiots that complained here do not report that here now do they.
I dont care about the report site here displaying negative things about me individually in case anyone was wondering it is a company and I am the person they contact so with this said, I guess it is me who is the target instead of company.
I see alot of bullcrap posts about complaints that have NO RELATION to the issues at all.
Why dont people who complain just tell he truth and not make up 50% truth and the other...well a bold face lie.
I could change my name and number and emails and software but WHY I am not this person who is ripping people off. Slow yes a little due to certain issues but here is list for Mike at delimonkey.com of truths:
Yes he emailed me and I did not return all of them as there were way way to many and his phone calls were back to back to back so of course I wont reply.
Yes what he calls a fix was for his specific product line (food menu) it was not a flaw in system, simply put he needed more work on it period.
Shannon was paid back in full 100% so she has NO valid reason to even talk
report me to IC3 will do no good i make everyone sign an agreement and layout all things and times are all estimated. He did not leave much out as he claims because really i avoided his many many many calls because even though I would clearly reply in detail. he simply was not satisfied that it would cost more money. Besides every report here except mikes cause we did no work for him we only sold the software, were paid back PERIOD so no valid reasons for additional filings or IC3 complaints.
Anyway Mike good luck and hope you find a cart that will work for you the way you need it.
