Richard Estrada doesn't even own 8706 SE Woodstock, his wife and son do but Richard manages it illegally. At 8706 SE Woodstock, Richard Estrada did electrical work himself and left a lot of other work undone. He fraudulently hired an employee to paint the house and do electrical repairs which should have been done by a licensed, bonded and insured electrical contractor. The garage door is falling apart and there is dry rot on the back of the house. Water leaks from the side of the house when the shower is used and even though there is new carpet and paint, must and mold can still be smelled all over the house. Previous tenants allowed their dogs to soil the entire property and it still smells like it. Renting such a dump to a single mother under Section 8 protocol is not only cruel, it is stupid. Not only has Richard Estrada hurt a tenant, he let a good worker work hard and then didn't pay him.
Richard Estrada is licensed, bonded and insured with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. His CCB number is 98570. He claims that he has a long list of satisfied clients. He claimed that he knew the man who painted 8706 SE Woodstock, for four or five years. The man who painted 8706 SE Woodstock said that isn't true.
Richard Estrada will pass himself off as a well meaning and enlightened guy who cares about everyone and everything. He will say what he has to say to get what he wants and then, when he thinks he has the upper hand, he treats people like so much garbage.
Avoid Richard Estrada at all costs.
