Well ladies and gentlemen it appears that Valerie Fuller the sister of the biggest s****.> I assume this because a homeowner I know received a new and "revised" warranty book from the warranty manager and in the letter explaining all the changes and what they will no longer cover he had a c.c. (carbon copy) to one Valerie Fuller Division President! It appears Richard could get no one to come to his company after John Zunker left so he promoted the second biggest s****.> I hope all of you will take the time to scroll through the past pages and read all the complaints about "Full of it Homes". It will be worth your time and most of all MONEY.

Naturally they have a new warranty book. They are covering even less then they already did and their hoping no one will notice. Read your new warranty book carefully. Their using it as a scapegoat to cover their asses.

One note you will all find SHOCKING. A customer I had right before I quit this crooked company called me last week to notify me they had received a very threatening letter from a pety staff attorney of Fuller Homes from Plano. This couple had decided very simply not to purchase a Fuller Home in Burleson, Texas after they talked with neighbors and found out they had a negative report from the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney Generals Consumer Complaint Division in the state of Oklahoma and Texas. They called the joke of a Sales Manager Kay Fisher to tell her they were willing to forefit their $500.00 earnest money deposit to opt out of the contract. They were honest and told Kay they were too scared and concerned to buy a Fuller Home.

Well guess what?..... Kay told them if they didn't buy the house they would sue them repeatedly until they purchased. Thus they received a letter from some dead beat staff attorney who actually did not serve them. They paid Fed Ex to drop the letter off at their door. The letter stated they were being sued for not purchasing the home. They called me hoping I could help. I think I did. I told them unless they were officially served they weren't actually being sued. IT IS JUST A SCARE TACTIC THAT KAY FISHER, RICHARD FULLER, AND THEIR PETY STAFF ATTORNEY USE TO SCARE YOU INTO BUYING THE HOME! They won't actually take you to court. Well nothing else became of it and I am happy to say they bought another house and it was from a relative of mine! Fuller now has an "Available" sign in front of the house. I guess this means they have accepted the inevitable! Would you want to buy a house from someone who uses these tactice?

It just goes to show that the people of this company like Kay Fisher, Kay Crow, Stacy Bennet, Valerie Fuller, and Richard Fuller are typicat SOB's who think they have money and power and can push people around. Well I think we'll let their measley 67 homes sold for all of last year speak to that. Thats in 5 communities folkes. I know mobile home sales centers that can do better than that.
