Over the course of time I hope to file informative reports as my time allows.

I think curious individuals as well as the "Bad Business Bureau" will find my information insightful as well as informative.

I worked for Richard Fuller Homes in the Ft.Worth area for almost a year. It started out as a good experience but eventually turned into a "new home nightmare" as Cindy from Oklahoma referred to it.

I must first admit that I was skeptical about the other reports as a former company employee but eventually began to believe their content.

For one thing Cindy and others, John Zunker the Division President has quit! He took a better job as we were told with another builder.

That makes many key corporate individuals the company has lost in the past year. The first was Doug Murphy the Sales Manager, then Mark Farmer the Project Manager.

Last I heard their were no plans to hire another President. The Sales Manager and Construction are now running the company.

They have changed their name to just "Fuller" Homes. According to every individual close to them they are in bankruptcy!!!

I can say that up to my quitting their were no new communities planned and none in the future.

They are now down to 3 active build communities with each only having about 15 - 20 lots available.Yes they are selling lots to generate revenue. Yes they were kicked out of the Denton Texas subdivision called Sundown Ranch by the developer along with another builder.

So its come down to 3 active building communities and many communities with spec homes remaining. Some of these communities like Lonesome Dove, Creekside, Country Club, etc have spec homes that are years old!!

One for example like 324 Mesquite Hill in Lonesome Dove Arlington was ready to finally close when a water line in the kitchen broke and filled the house with water.

Instead of replacing the carpet they just shampooed out the water. Needless to say the customer backed out. Yes the stories about Liens on houses are true.

Unfortunately I and a relative own Richard Fuller Homes. My relatives has a lien filed by a sheetrock company on it. They dont pay their subs. They use them, refuse to pay them, and get new ones.

Their reputation in this area among subs is pathetic at best. They hope to do about 160 homes this year. Fat chance. They only closed 67 last year with 5 communities. Thats pretty sad.

Why did I quit. I couldn't even get warranty work on my house in a timely manner. I even filled out the infamous "Emergency" request form.

My heat was out and it was below 45 degrees. By the way the warranty books down here don't contain warranty request forms even though they say they do.

I quit because they pay only once a month, have no benefits, and no future for their employees because their not looking for new communities as far as I knew.

I got several phone calls from people I was working with when I quit. They told me the corporate office, particularly Kay Fisher one of the few employees remaining was telling them I stole from the company and threatened to kill everyone.

Pretty pathetic from a person who was obviously mad because all these people found about this site and decided to not buy.

They also talked to people in the neighborhood who had nothing good to say about Fuller. Well im out of time but will file another informative report soon.

I just want people like those reading this and Cindy in Oklahoma to know that what she says is true and now everyone can hear it from a former employee.

By the way, they have threatened to sue if I put information on here. Way to go Cindy and Bad Business Bureau. com. more info to follow soon.

The BBB in OKC

#29Consumer Suggestion

Sat, December 14, 2002

The BBB in OKC took well over two years to change Fuller's rating here. The OK Attorney General's "Consumer Protection" dept simply does not make consumer complaints public info. Both the BBB and AG have written to me now stating they don't share complaint files. Since being involved with this site and HADD.com and now a group of Oklahoma home owners too, it's obvious this is a huge problem that's just swept under the rug, a perfect place for unscrupulous builders to come, build defective houses and leave. The local home builders associations are trying to avoid regulation but if things keep going the way they are, regulation is coming, and they have builders such as Fuller Homes to thank for that. No one would be pushing for licensing/regulation if they were happy customers.

EDitor's Comment ...BBB useless

Fri, December 13, 2002

Thank you Cindy! for these valuable and timely comments. This is a clear illustration as to why NO consumer can trust the Better Business Bureau. This case needs to be investigated.

In light of the information just provided, I compared the statement on the BBB website about Fuller Homes, which is a current memberin good standing:

Fuller Homes, Inc.
PO Box 13900
Albuquerque, NM 87192-3900

Original Business Start Date: 6/1/1989
Local Business Start Date: 6/1/1989

Customer Service Contact: Bob Hooley, Vice President
Telephone: (505) 888-4740
Fax: (505) 888-4734
Email Address: glf929@aol.com
Web Site Address: http://www.fullerhomes.com
Membership Status: BBB Member

"Fuller Homes, Inc. is a member of this Better Business Bureau. This means the company supports the Bureau's services to the public and meets our membership standards. Fuller Homes, Inc. has been a member of this Better Business Bureau since 7/14/1993."

"Customer Experience

Based on BBB files, this company has a satisfactory record with the Bureau. Complaints processed by the Bureau in its three-year reporting period have been resolved. The number and type of complaints are not unusual for a company in this industry. To have a satisfactory record with the Bureau, a company must be in business for at least 12 months, properly and promptly address matters referred to it by the Bureau, and be free from a pattern of complaints and law enforcement action involving its marketplace conduct. In addition, the Bureau must have a clear understanding of the company's business and no concerns about its industry."

The above are boiler plate statement designed to make people think they are ok. In these unprincipled times, the buyer must truly beware and NEVER trust the BBB!

Still playing games...

#29Consumer Suggestion

Thu, December 12, 2002

The New Mexico court site http://www.fscll.org/ lists numerous cases involving Fuller Homes, the most severe sounding one is where about 20 home owners sued Fuller for contaminated ground, failure to disclose, deceptive trade practices and fraud, a case that was also in the news in NM. The case # is D-202-CV-9709831. Puh-lease don't tell us that in NM all is well. And even if it were, that still does not invalidate the contracts Fuller has with people in other states. Playing "change the subject" isn't going to work.

Dawn,

You get a salary from Fuller Homes don't you? ..and you are responding as an employee are you? ..Well, guess what... that makes you a paid shill.

Your denial reminds me of the woman who got paid for sex but denied she was a w***e.

Let's cut the crap and call and Ace an ACE.

Sorry, I am not a paid shill

#29UPDATE Employee

Wed, December 11, 2002

The comment and rebuttal made, "paid shill" does not apply to my response to the reports I have read concerning Fuller Homes. The comments made in this report refer to homes built in Texas and Oklahoma, not in New Mexico.

I can not comment on homes built in Texas or Oklahoma, as I have no knowledge as to the situation, instead I would like to clarify that in New Mexico we consistantly close and sell over 300 homes every year. I have been employed with Fuller Homes since 1997, and Fuller Homes has been building homes in New Mexico for over 20 years.I am concerned about the complaints shown in this report and concerned that whoever reads this report might confuse one division with another but, please note all complaints refer to Texas & Oklahoma, not New Mexico.

I do take issue and, take it personally when I read or hear such negitive comments about the employer I work for and have alot of respect for, as well as, take it as a insult on my judgement, as I am a Fuller Homes homeowner, and became a Fuller Homes homeowner BEFORE I went to work for this company.(As many of our employees)I was impressed with the homes, the process, the way I was handled and resigned from New York Life Insurance to become a sales representitive for Fuller Homes.

I have posted my name, my city and the company & division I work for proudly, and again will simply ask anyone reading this report who is considering building a new home with Fuller Homes or ANY builder to; ask neighbors in any subdivision, city or state that they are considering, about their home.

I know in a Fuller Homes neighborhood in New Mexico you will find happy homeowners who have beautiful, well built, well cared for homes with alot of value for their dollar. Thank you.

Two Words..

#29Consumer Suggestion

Mon, December 09, 2002

Two words describe such unrealistic, glowing reports on a builder when there's this many complaints growing on the web: PAID SHILL. If Fuller wants his complaining customers to be happy he needs to settle all the complaints, lawsuits and pending suits, instead of escaping his responsibility--including court awarded judgments against him he has blatantly ignored.

Comment from Fuller Homes New Mexico employee

#29UPDATE Employee

Sun, December 08, 2002

I am a Fuller Homes of New Mexico employee and Fuller homes homeowner.I ask anyone reading these reports to read between the lines and remember there are three sides to every story; his side, her side and then the truth. We build beautiful, well built, well designed homes.

I live and work in a subdivision that has 133 very happy, satisfied homeowners. Our sucess has been great here in New Mexico, and great for my community, Los Lunas. We are constanly aquiring more land, both here in Los Lunas and Albuquerque, due to word of mouth happy homeowner referals.Mr & Mrs Fuller are great people to work for and know, they hire outstanding people like Jody Pauza, Division President here in New Mexico.

He is by far the best boss I have ever had the opportunity to work for.I agree with one statement made by this report, ask neighbors in ANY subdivision you are considering to have a home built. All builders, all cities, all states, I know that in a Fuller Homes neighborhood in New Mexico you will find happy homeowners who have beautiful, well built, well cared for homes with alot of value for their dollar.Thank you.

Warranty needs to be honored

#29Consumer Comment

Wed, March 20, 2002

The people that have unfinished warranty work did not get what they paid for; Fuller needs to take care of it like he promises on his website, www.fullerhomes.com , and like the contracts say. If he can't or won't do that, then he can expect to have compalaints made about him. The fact is, the people with defective homes need to be taken care of whether some other people are happy or not.

Aaahh another Coppel, Texas response.. The Sales Managers home community!

#29UPDATE EX-employee responds

Wed, March 20, 2002

Thank you Ryan for the insight from another Coppel homeowner. No doubt it is from a community Kay Fisher the Full of It Sales Manager lives in.

Full of It Homes has a revolving door in the Texas area with employees. The smart ones learn how big a joke they are and leave(ones like Chad Wilson the former builder from Oakmont). The rest are just family and drones who don't know better and think they can't do better job wise.

As far as them paying only once a month. Give me a break... Your taxed on a higher amount and thus see more withdrawn from your paycheck. Most checks were meager anyway because they only closed 67 houses last year.

Im happy with the builder im at now. They are a national builder and look at builders like Full of It with humor. Luckily I am not in a sales capacity and enjoy more pay, weekends off, and wonderful benefits.

I am not attempting to attack you personally Ryan but I don't agree with your response. It sounds like another" Kay Fisher community response cause she asked us to".

I at least love all the publicity this site is getting and it shows me that more people will know about Full Of It Homes! Thanks Ed and Bad Business Bureau!!!!

Mr. Asfhord,

You talk about the Fuller Homes employees, calling them "children", when you are the one who is calling them names - "the man with little guy syndrome......Richard Fuller" "the children at Richard Fuller Homes corporate office " and my personal favorite, "Full of it Homes".

You also accuse them of "trying so desperately to discredit me"- is that not precisely what you are trying to do? "They only pay their sales people the people that sell their houses once a month.

I guess cause Mr. Fuller is hurting for money." It doesnt matter when he pays them. If he had paid them every third and fifth day of the week, the total would still be the same. "It seems he can only hire family or close friends???" not really. It seems to me that the only loyal and faithful people who actually care about their job, not just making money, are still there.

cindy,

"I don't doubt that there are some people who managed to get a well built home, or perhaps are just unaware of defects yet...but that does not negate the customers who DO have complaints."

As for this comment, it goes both ways.i dont doubt that there are some people who have some problems with their homes...but that does negate the customers who are completely satisfied.

Well folkes we can now add "participating in the red tape by my wife" to the list of things the children at Richard Fuller Homes corporate office are saying to discredit me because of the truth I am trying to make prospective customers aware of. I would suggest all people check with the Tarrant County Home Builders Association for the figures on 2001. Fuller Homes as they are now called only closed 67 pittiful homes in 5 communities. Why? because they lack the builders, decent subcontractors, and resources to be a more successful builder. Not to mention the many complaints and their lazy attitude in solving their problems. In response to the fictious Maries comment that all builders have problems and that is why this site created a topic of builders I say this. It is because of Richard Full of it homes that that category was created folkes. I must say I was not suprised to learn that one of the best builders Full of it Homes had quit recently. He was Chad Wilson who worked in the Oakmont Meadows subdivision. Yes folkes he quit to pursue othe interests. He was the best builder I ever worked with. He eventually discovered what he had gotten into. Lets see that makes a Sales Manager, Production Manager, President, Sales Associate, and Builder who have quit in the past 9 months. I wonder why???? The only people left are the wife of Mr. Fullers best friend(Sales Manager), the lover of the former President(Office Manager), Mr. Fullers sister who by herself destroyed Oaklohama and is now 2nd in command down here(Production Manager). It seems he can only hire family or close friends??? Like I have said before talk to people who own the houses in the communities, check with the BBB, and read this site in detail along with HADD.com and make your own decision. The people they have working for them now are content to close a measley 1-2 houses per month and just earn a draw of $2,000 per month because they have no ambition and no ethics or morals when it comes to customers. I left because I wanted to work for a builder that has the capability of closing more than 67 houses per year and let its employees make serious money.Fortunately I have found that builder and am now beginning my third week with them. Their corporate people get paid every week or twice a month. They only pay their sales people the people that sell their houses once a month. I guess cause Mr. Fuller is hurting for money. My suggestion... crawl back to New Mexico and stay there and take your staff with you.... Let someone who takes care of their customers and is in this to make money but make good quality houses take your place. Fuller Homes sucks and everyone knows it......

#29UPDATE EX-employee responds

Sat, February 23, 2002

Who is Marie? Unless she has been hired within the past 3 weeks their is and never has been an employee of the company by that name. I have a feeling she is actually someone else who is too big a coward to leave her real name.

If I have a report that says I spent time in a County Jail for nearly beating someone to death I would like to see it because it is FALSE. Please fax it to 817.426.2204 because I want to see it. If you can't leave your real name Marie then get off the site. Your obviously a coward. Fuller is trying so desperately to discredit me to save their face in all these situations not just mine.

This is the first time a former employee has spoken out. They know their in deep trouble because the truth is out. If I effect one persons decision to buy from Full of It homes then I have done my job. I invite anyone who reads this to call 817.416.4954 and ask for Marie. Their is no one their working by that name.

Oh, and by the way thank God I don't have prevy to all Fuller corporate information. It was home to things like the former President John Zunker having an affair with the Office Manager Stacy Bennet and thus loosing his wife. Also the warranty manager was having an affair with the Sales Manager. What a company to work for!! At least I tell the truth.

Like I have said before, I will let the varying people and varying problems speak for themselves. People like Cindy in Oklahoma and Paula in Parkwood deserve the most help and attention. I am simply a former employee telling the truth.

Hell yea I bought a house from them. The house had been sitting for 2 years because the sales lady Kay Krow couldn't sell it. They lowered the price GREATLY to sell it. I am now in a great equity situation and am proud of it. I agreed to do all the necessary repairs to the house like broken sprinkler system, cracks in walls, dead trees and landscaping myself. Fuller couldn't afford to do these repairs and since I know how.... So yes I'm proud to say I stole the house cause of Fullers Misfortune and poor management by the man with little guy syndrome......Richard Fuller.

Former Employee, after working for company over a year, still buys a home...Hmmm

#29UPDATE Employee

Fri, February 22, 2002

As an employee of Richard Fuller Homes, with no husband that is best friends with the owner, I am proud to work for Mr. Fuller. We are not going bankrupt and did not change our name for that reason. Scott Ashdord was a salesperson, not privy to all Corporate information. He was not aware of new land deals and had no need to know.

He was in a subdivision that would not and still will not be sold out for 12 months. So why would he need to know, he would not and in turn did not. After working for our company a year, he bought a home. We must not be that bad? He seems to have a more personal agenda, wouldn't you say? To respond to the allegation that there are no plans to hire a new President, FALSE, we have hired a new President and they are acclimating very nicely. To the charge that we changed are name due to bankruptcy, again not true and Mr. Ashford is not to and never has been close to any individual within our Corporate office. To the charge of we were "kicked out of Denton" not true, when the market is not there for your product any person with "half a brain" pulls out before they lose more money than they invested.

And to the false information that we sold 67 houses last year, WRONG, we sold 206 and closed 173. Smeone sure has a bad memory. I believe Scott sold thirty or more. To the idea that Kay is parading around false Police reports is absurd. He did threaten Kay and her family, it is on tape several times. The idea that the door flew open and broke...NOT how many of us have glass doors? Have any of yours broke? Mine hasn't and it has been flung open by a person, so again someone, Mr. Ashford is not telling the truth. Has Kay told customers that Scott Ashford is violent, probably, because he is. He has been held in County jail for beating someone almost to death. Truth, you can look that up on public records.com. We are a normal building company with normal building problems, if not then there would not be a section of the site dedicated to builders/contractors.

Too Many Complaints to Ignore

#29Consumer Suggestion

Mon, February 18, 2002

Kay's comment that not all Fuller customers are unhappy is misleading. There are many unhappy customers of Fuller--the ones here are the tip of the iceberg. They have foundation failure, roof leakes, etc, and these are valid and unresolved complaints. These people did not get warranty service, they did not get the quality construction Mr. Fuller advertises. In some cases did not even get all the materials that were supposed to be in the house, even though they paid for all of the above.

These are not a few isolated incidents; a significantly large percentage of Fuller's customers are not getting what they paid for and not getting the 100% satisfaction Fuller claims. I don't doubt that there are some people who managed to get a well built home, or perhaps are just unaware of defects yet...but that does not negate the customers who DO have complaints.

Fuller and his associates should not be insinuating that a few happy customers means the unhappy ones can be ignored. I believe the term "shill" would apply to anyone who defends this company, knowing full well that these are legitimate complaints that have not been resolved--Kay herself says her husband is Fullers best friend. If Fuller is not going bankrupt as Kay says, then he should have no problem living up to his company's promises to all these people.

Buyers beware of the 2377 plan from Richard Fuller Homes. This is the plan they have the most "specs" of any subdivision. The three in Oakmont Meadows have had severe cracking in the ceilings in the living area. If you go inside the homes you will notice right were the ceiling fans are running on both sides down the entire ceiling line where large cracks have been filled and repaired. This has had to be done repeatedly during the eight months I was there. As quick as they would fix them they would soon reappear. Their is also a 2377 plan in Lonesome Dove Arlington at 324 Mesquite Hill that has had the same cracks fixed. The same plan in Country Club, Mansfield at 2204 Kingsley has had to have entire sheets of sheetrock in the garage removed because of black mold presence. This is all on supposedly new homes folkes. Go by these homes and see for yourself. Those are the facts.

For additional facts about Richard Fuller Homes construction go by and visit with the Wooldridges on Day Drive in the Oakmont Meadows community. They live in a 2506 plan. They closed on the home in May of 2000. 1 month after they closed the roof leaked into their master bedroom after a small rain. This is in a 2 story house with the masterbedroom downstairs that it leaked through the roof into the masterbedroom. It ruined a ceiling fan, their new bed, and the carpet. After almost a year they are still waiting for the repairs to be completed!!

After a rain go by and visit the 1823 model at Oakmont Meadows. The west wall in the front most bedroom will have water dripping down it behind the dresser against that wall. You can see the carpet stains and where the stain has bled off the dresser from past leaks. This is a design flaw in the 1823! I just want people to know these FACTS.

Anyone can file a false police report!

#29UPDATE EX-employee responds

Sun, February 17, 2002

I hope people will realize that anyone can file false police reports and claim anything they want. It happens every day. The reports have been dismissed for lack of proof and I have heard nothing further on any of them.

I have received phone calls from many of my former customers like the Gasca's, Fimbres, and many others that say Mrs. Fisher is parading the reports around and making sure everyone knows about them. It is apparent she is trying desperately to credit herself and the company and discredit a former employee. They have lost nearly 7 customers since I left due to various reasons most of which are because they found out what type of builder Fuller Homes is what type of person she is that she would parade around police reports in an attempt to discredit me.

I simply told the truth about the company not any individual. Kay Fisher made it personal.

I am proud they closed on a property in Ft. Worth. Im sure it will end up like the property they "closed" on in Denton.

They were kicked out of that community by the developer as they will eventually get kicked out of the "new" one.

As far as the door being broken. It is part of a double swing door. Back last July the wind caught the other side of the door while I had it open and was moving a desk in. The door slammed and cracked the glass. I sent over an apology for carelessly allowing the door to slam and break the glass. Kay is again changing the facts to make me look bad. I also don't ever recall threatening a broker in Burleson. Again, false reports just like the ones she filed and discussed earlier.

Just let me finish by saying I think this site and others like HAD.com speak for this builder and people like Kay Fisher. It's not just one or two complaints but many, many complaints. It is not a concidence. If you consider buying a Fuller Home, go out and talk to residence in the neighborhood who own their homes. Check with the BBB, and people like Cindy S. in Oaklohama who have been victimized. (EDitor's NOTE: see BBB Report Below. Click on the link)

Kay has been with Fuller six years is a fact. Her husband is best friends with Richard Fuller is the main reason why. She couldn't sell herself out of a cardboard box let alone a house.

Fuller is going down not because of one complaint but because of many, many complaints, bad construction, horrible ethics, and shallow pockets from Mr. Fuller.

In conclusion I find it ironic that for the first time a homeowner from Coppel filled out a report praising Fuller Homes right after Kay Fisher filled out hers. That is the subdivision she worked and she lives there. I'll let a person with half a brain figure that one out.

For additional complaints against Fuller Homes please see HADD.com and the Tarrant county BBB.

S. Ashforrd proud advocate of the truth about Richard Fuller Homes.

p.s. Im not the first person Fuller couldn't pay. an employee in another community had to borrow about 300 dollars from Mrs. Fisher in December when Fuller didn't pay her what she had due to her.

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... click here to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! When there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BB

I want any future home owners to know that not everyone is unhappy. I own a Richard Fuller Home, and LOVE it! We had a very positive experience throughout the entire process. I am very proud of my house and the community we live in. I would recommend this builder to anyone, and I do!

#29UPDATE Employee

Sat, February 16, 2002

I am only responding to this because my name was listed from a disgruntled employee. The disgruntled employee who noted all the false information worked under myself. This person, yes did make threats to myself, my family, and my boss.

I have had to file 3 seperate police reports, because of the extreme threats to all of us. I also have some of the threats recorded, so yes I do have proof.

I have been with this company for going on 6 years, and have never ran into a situation like this. NO we are not going bankrupt.

We have just purchased more land in the Fort Worth area, I am not sending this response to defend our company, because I trully feel there is no defense needed.

We all work very hard at keeping our home owners happy. I am sending this to tell you that the individual who used to work for our company has no credibility. He not only has broken our model offices glass out of the door in a fit of rage, and then called to apologize so he wouldn't lose his job, he has forced myself and my family to file 3 different police reports, due to the threats. He has also threatned a broker in the Burleson, TX area to file a report on him due to the life threat the broker received. This is a very dangerous individual, the charges brought to this person come from me. I have a family to protect, and take these life threats very seriously, as I am sure anyone in my position would. This person never had a problem, and was a wonderful Sales Rep for our company until, I told him I couldn't pay him for houses that have not closed yet. I regret that I have to even respond to a letter like this, however I feel that it is important that the public knows, not everyone has a valid complaint.

Thank you

Fuller Home Owners Get No Response but they are still building

#29Consumer Comment

Mon, February 11, 2002

I would really like for everyone to know that Richard Fuller Homes just picks and chooses what they will try and fix and what they totally avoid.

I have been in Parkway at Park Glenn for 18 months and I still have items on our punch list, when we closed.

The amount of superintendents that we have had is amazing. 5 in one year. We get alot of promises and some fulfilled, but only when the workers are allowed. Mark Anderson has been the biggest help with getting some things done. He at least returns phone calls.

Our neighbors on Bandelier Trail have been very upset with Richard Fuller Homes. Before you actually even consider buying a home from Fuller, stop and ask around in our neighborhood. First Texas has taken over several of Richard Fuller Home lots. Houses are not selling for Richard Fuller in our area.

We had a lien placed on our property because Fuller has not paid Co Serve Security. To refinance, we had to pay off this lien. Buyers beware. There are alot of good home builders out there but in my opinion, Richard Fuller Homes is not one of them.

I hope to get my seams in my walls and ceilings repaired one day, among other items.

File Complaints

#29Consumer Suggestion

Mon, February 11, 2002

When an employee of the builder can't even get their warranty work done that's pretty sad! We purchased a home built by Richard Fuller Homes in OKC in 2000. We started noticing signs of serious defects almost right away, and it was like pulling teeth just to get minor punch list items done.

We eventually filed our complaint with HUD/FHA, among other gov't agencies and consumer organizations. HUD has now issued a Limited Denial of Participation on Fuller, an inspector, and a person who was an employee of Fuller here in OKC, for the defects, ommissions of material, breach of warranty, and falsified documents. Pressure from HUD to settle got Fuller's attention and he made an offer--not enough that we can walk away from this without still having financial damage to us, but we hope to negotiate.

We just wanted to settle down, and enjoy our home, which would be great if it was built right. Instead we got a nightmare. I encourage you to file your complaint with HUD especially if you have an FHA loan. Also file it with the state's attorney general's office, where it will be joined by others already filed in TX. You can file at Homeowners Against Deficient Dwellings, http://www.hadd.com too and read about others there who have had problems with Fuller's homes, including in TX.
