Richard Hackworth Of Ocoee, Florida, has ben defrauding people all over the United States and other several Countries, by charging the members of the Martial Arts Communitiy, Big amounts of money for certificates ( Taekwondo - Hapkido ).
He issues fake certificates to many of us in the United States.
He claims to Represent the Korea Taekwondo Association and The Korea Hapkido Federation, and Uses the names of this Organizations to defraud many inoncent people who are seeking legitimate Certificates from this Governing Boddies.
He defrauded me in : $ 600.00 DOllars. Paid to him by check when I pass my test for 5th Dan Degree.
Also, He toke several Thounsands of Dollars from my Students and Affiliates, for their respective testing and certifications and never delivered them.
Please, Be aware of Richard Hackworth. He sounds sincere, but is a complete cone man.
He claims to be a celebrity of the Martial Arts in the Internet, just to get new victims.
