After being late on rent practically every month throughout his one year stay at my house, Richard Hobeiche took off without warning while still owing me close to 1,500 dollars. He's a compulsive liar, a thief and rips people off left and right. He's once admitted to stealing some of his companies clients (Taxi Advertising) and was a classic case of a loser kid who was once picked on and now makes poor use of shock tactics through racist comments and terrible, terrible humor.
If you meet him, stay away. He's a thief, scam artist and will rip you off in order to get through his pathetic life.

Richard knows that he still owes us for hydro and damages and that he conned us into thinking he would stay in the house - that is all I have to say on this matter. Stop sending me harassing emails as I never took on that tone with you. I was merely trying to located a runaway.

Julia Khorramchahi, You have no credibility to any of what you're saying, specially after receiving email from you yesterday admitting in fact that Richard did pay his rent and this is right after you received my letter that I reserve the right to pursuit a legal action. Julia, you're not doing enough to correct your aggressive false claim that it may lead you to a lots of trouble. You're changing your claim by the hour and you're judging wrongly people up and down. On the top of this, from what I understand from you and from Richard that you are not the property owner or neither the property lease in your name!!!! My final warning to you: remove this ad at your expense or see you at court....

I would like to correct my previous post since I have no interest in providing anyone with false information:
Richard has, in fact, payed first and last. What he failed to mention however, is that I'm now stuck with his outstanding hydro bill and the few extra days he decided to "stick around" without paying. It's easy to say you were fair and square but you never gave us ANY notice you were leaving. You also left your room and washroom in a deplorable state - who will handle those damages? The only reason I contacted your family members - in a polite/non harassing manner, may I add - was because you took off and left us with no other means to contact you.
As for Taxi Advertising, perhaps you shouldn't go around telling people you work there. I have plenty of people who can attest to that.
Throughout your entire stay at Relmar we were nothing but nice - and awfully patient - with you and your antics. What you did was completely out of line and a huge indication of your deceiving, highly insecure character.

Well this is mature.
I payed first and last month when I moved in and every month since (I have records of all of it). I do not owe you a second time for the last month of rent before I moved out.
I've also never worked for Taxi. So I will apologize on your behalf for bringing a random advertising agency into this dispute. Please do not contact/harass myself or my family again.
