Richard Huang I was mailed two garden hoses the were completely unusable, split all over. Never could use at all. I wrote a letter and asked for a refund and I never got a response. Fremont California
I ordered 2 garden hoses. I rec. in the mail and as soon as I hooked them up the sprayed all over and were cut up. Unusable. I wrote a letter to the address on the package. There was not one piece of paper on the inside like an invoice or anything. It was embarrasing to say the least.I never heard back and I am not sure why he never wrote back or at least send 2 operative hoses.
