I am very unhappy about the purchase that I made from Hughes Magic. As soon as I received the flowers and unpacked them, they started to fall apart. The price I paid for them I thought I would get more than something that looked like cheap feather dusters. After recently going to a convention and learning about the possibility that there is some question of where the feathers originate from being involved in inhumane animal treatment to obtain the feathers, I was sickened by this fact. I will never use the flowers and am sure in the poor condition that they arrived to me in, I will never be able to resell them. Richard Hughes will not give a refund so I am stuck.

Richard Hughes is fantastic! We just spent thousands of dollars with him and the product we received far exceeded our expectations!! His customer service is top notch and his product is phenomenal.
I find this post very hard to believe for the following reasons: once you see the products up close you can see why they would never easily fall apart, also Richard is so kind and takes such pride in his products that I can't ever see him not working with someone to reach a resolution. He has been in contact with us for the entire process and his number one concern has been our happiness.
His products are made with love, care and professionalism and you can tell when you receive them. They are made by a professional for professionals.
He is absolutely the best.
