Complaint Review: Richard Kaloust AFG One America Kaloust Financial

I worked for this guy and his partners. They work in what they call "gray areas". Where they encourage you to say things to prospective clients that make them believe you are with what company they already have insurance with. They trick these prospective clients and then they hope the person that falls for their sales pitch gives them a check and forgets about the insurance policy they just bought because they will have the company of the individual do bankdrafts out of their corporate accounts. If the person forgets for a year, no charge back and if they drop off the books after that so be it.

If you have the "balls" to stick up for yourself you are dismissed from the angency and slandered to all the remaining agents as someone that is trying to rip off his company and steal his market.

The agents have been kicked out of states, had the police called on them, had the insurance companies that they were sort of but not really posing as, remember "gray areas here" call and an entire industry put out scam alerts for them multiple times.
