Richard Kelly Heslen, AKA "Rich" Heslen, formerly Jr, now Sr. This man is a serial con artist and liar who preys on unsuspecting members of the community.
Spent 2 years in jail for racketeering and posing as a contractor, bilking dozens of people. Was, possibly is still a major cocaine user and/or dealer, but thanks to the good ol' boy system in Augusta Georgia, he got off on technicalities and was allowed to continue on his path of fraud.
The sad part is, his victims have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars, and his Mother and sister have helped him by hiding his assets for him, so his ill gotten gains cannot be returned to the victims.
Stay far, far away from this guy. He likes to start businesses starting with ABC. Do not give this man any money, jobs or trust. He will rob you blind before you blink.

I confirm the Richard Heslen above is a low life. His exploits have been documented in the Augusta Chronicle newspaper. His records are public and are available to search for free in the Augusta Courthouse. Ladies, watch out. His criminal record also shows he's a wife beater.

Rebuttal by subject of complaint to false statements made in complaint by unverified, fictitious person named J. Francesco are as follows:
I have never served 2 years in jail for Racketeering. (RICO)
I have never posed as a Contractor in the construction business, however I was a Licensed Contractor in Augusta, Georgia, license number 027673.
I have never bilked customers of my construction business out of money.
I am not involved with cocaine abuse, nor do i engage in the sale of it.
Neither my mother, sister, or I, have ever been involved in hiding assets for the purpose of defrauding others.
