Richard Koston is behind on childsupport payments by over $14K to his 8 year old daughter. He is telling the CSEA that he is not working, even though his website and livejournal site say otherwise. It is not fair to this child!
It is suspected that he is working under the table or under a different social. As Rick's wife, I can attest to the fact that these are all lies being perpetrated against him by a money hungry ex. I see his paychecks every week and know that child support is and has been deducted from his bi-monthly checks since shortly after he began working his current job over a year ago. The claims that he is working "under the table" and/or under a different social security number are preposterous- I prepared his taxes this year and can definitively state that he is NOT working under the table.
As a recent law school graduate, I do know that Rick does have a libel claim for the lies published in this report meant to defame his character. We intend to pursue this claim as his personal information (website) has been published.
Furthermore, how is it that a so-called "deadbeat" dad has full custody of his 5 year old daughter?
Alicia, I urge you to cease your lies about Rick
as we can and will pursue legal action against you. We have proof that you have lied to the court in order to get child support amounts increased as well as proof that the "facts" you claim on this site are false.
