Aggressive marketing in pursuing desperate homeowner that faces home loss in foreclosure to pay 5,000 dollars for misleading hopes of modifications of super-inflated mortgage payoff. Misleading in hopes that even installements paymenets will lead to some sort of assistance and complete ignorance of all requests to return funds back after it is proven that they deceive and mislead desperate homeowner. These scammers take advantage of older people on disability that face homelessness and refuse to refund money after no services rendered. Ignore all emails and pretend they cannot refund paid for lack of any services funds. I expect full refund without arguments now. Nothing was done tpo help me. After initial billing more money was requested without any chances that any services will be rendered. Richard makes completely misleading deceptive hopes for desperate homeowners and without doing anything at all still aggressively pursuits to pay him. Consumers must stay away from this loan modifications and payoff settlements scammers that should never offer any misleading services. Legal service providers or loan modification helpers cannot charge funds in advance by law and refuse to refund what they received through known to them in advance complete deception while no services are rendered.
