RICHARD DOYLE ( Richard Robert McCafie Doyle ) 

Richard Doyle is the in house legal counsel for Staywell Hospitality Group SWHG and owner of Doyle Corporate. Richard is best described as a legal bully or vexatious litigant as he abuses his "credentials" as a lawyer to obtain leverage on people to extort money by any means including enforcing his onerous agreements.

There is no limit to Richard’s revengeful and spiteful nature. He will go to any length to cause legal and financial pain to his victims including : suing staff / associates / friends of the victim, obtaining information by questionable means, procuring transfer of assets by questionable means, & bullying staff to get his way.

He relishes the crafting of onerous one sided agreements for services that he knows his company will not be able to deliver. If you have unwittingly signed one of his hotel management agreements, you will be bombarded with invoices for services that have not been provided and recharges that are of no benefit to you which if you dare to question or not pay will result in breach notices being issued to you, your financiers and any other party that would discredit you, followed by the mandatory statutory demand and start of supreme court litigation.

Ex business partners have described their dealings Richard Doyle and Staywell Group as the “Worst Business Experience of their life”. You dont need to look far to understand Richard's questionable historic busiess dealings inlcuding his involvememt as shareholder and legal advisor in the sex drug company AMI which had direct links in Astarra who were involved in the the largest australian superannuation scam of $118M but best still is just to call a few of their past clients and and ask them why they never renewed any of their agreements.
