Richard McIntosh Drachir Corporation Internet Fraud Fresno, California
Around March 2009 I contacted Richard McIntosh in order to obtain an Unsecured Business Line of Credit for starting a business. I received the paperwork, submitted the required $7500 fee. In May 2009 I was notified I was approved and would be receiving funding within 6 months. To date I have received nothing and have lost all contact with Richard McIntosh.
I have contacted the California BBB to no avail. I have contacted the California State Attorney's Office to no avail. I have requested the assistance of Pre Paid Legal to no avail. I am now trying to contact the local news agency here to put pressure on this man.
I am one of a party of several dozen that have lost money to this man and his scams.
