He says he is a process server. He is not!! He takes your money(only accepts cash or check so you can't recover) and doesn't do anything. It is a scam!! I filed a claim against his bond and they said this is his regular practice.Torrance Police Department knows who he is.The detective called him a sociopath and said they are looking for him on fraud charges. Do not use this crook!
