Complaint Review: Richard Pambianchi Construction

I worked for this company as a driver for just a short time and I was shocked and some of his buisness practices!

I started in Apr of 2003, as a trck driver. I was asked if I had a CDL to drive, yet never asked to show it!!!! I took no DOT physical, and was never given a drug screen, which I thought was odd but at time did not know was illeagal for him! I only drove in the state of AR with him.

I was put on hauling cotton seeds from McGehee AR to Pine Bluff AR which was about 120 mile round trip. He would try and make me run like he did, about 6 rounds a nite at a grand total of 720 miles a shift! It took 3 hours to comlete 1 round! So...a total of 18 hours a day!!! Also, it was 7 days a week!!! So, Id have to drive half asleep just to make my quota! I didnt want to quit as in the small town of McGehee AR, there are not many jobs! But I eventlly had too, as I was consirned for mine and the publics safty! I was tempted to turn him in to the DOT, but this guys well known and rich and brags about having the law around there in his back pocket!

Well, that was in 2003 and now its 3-18-2004 and I have yet to get a W-2 from him and his company! I called him today and he was rude and basicly said I wasnt going to get my W-2 and he was mad becouse I quit! I dont have much income to show on my W-2 as I found out that he was marking me down as a personal expence and not marking me down as an employee! Yet, he was taking out moneys from my check and I guess sticking it in his pocket!!!

Well, just a public service from me to you all out there!!! RICHARD PAMBIANCHI is a theafe and a lier! DONT DO YOUR BUSISNESS WITH HIM OR HIS CROOKED COMPANY!!!!! Thanks.....D.P.
