I will keep it short and to the point.

Do yourself a favor and stay clear of Rick Ramirez of Keller Williams Realty.   This guy is one of the biggest liars and snakes you will come accross in this or any other business.

Mr. Ramirez looks like a fresh faced college student when you meet him and seems very friendly.   However, he did not act in my personal best interest when listing my residence.   He listed it at a price far below the market price as compared with comparable sales despite my written object of him doing so and attempted to justified it by indicating he was trying to get as many offers as possible.   Well he did.  He got many offers at a price over $250K less than the house was worth based on comparables.  Then he attempted to try to convince me to take the offers as it was a down real estate market and try for a short sale.  I contacted my attorney who immediatley told me to terminate Mr. Ramirez.  What he attempted to do and without doubt was unethical not only to me but to potential buyers, their realtors and their attorneys.

I am currently in contact with an attorney and am in the process of filing both an ethical grievance against him and filing a civil suit against him and his company.

Without getting into the specifics he acts with only a quick sale in mind and for that matter what he hopes will be a quick commission for himself.

He has changed realty firms within the past year as he used to be with ReMax.  He is now with Keller Williams.

Seems he would rather attempt to con his clients then take the time to properly list and sell their homes.  I guess the down real estate market is having an effect and causing unethical realtors to act in even more outrageous and troubling ways.

If you do decide to hire Mr. Ramirez after reading this you can at least say you went in eyes wide open.

Good luck.

This report is not accurate, so don't believe what you read. The consumer who wrote this also had complaints about another realtor.  Given the condition that the consumer left the house in, Rick did the best he could in a bad situation.  A realtor can only do so much.  When damage occurs because the owner moves out with furniture, leaves the house a mess with stuff everywhere, turns off the utilities, you cannot blame the realtor for not being able to make the sale.  There is so much more to this story, so without getting into the details, I can only say that Rick Ramirez has been professional and I have not had issue with him.  Selling a home is not just about the realtor.
