My husband is a big fan of the Bonanza TV Series. His birthday is in September so I ordered the complete boxed set of the Bonanza Series, $270.00 and paid for it with my credit card. Received acknowledgment from Garcia Media that my order was being processed the the following "Order Schedule" completed and shipped Sunday August 12th, 2007, Tracking Information August 13th and delivered between August 22nd and August 25th. The tracking iniformation had no numbers or traceable information.

I waited until about the 28th of August before I started getting worried about not receiving my order. I tried calling Garcia Media and kept getting the recording "due to high volume your call cannot be answered at this time". I tried calling at all different times of the day and kept getting the same recording. I also sent an email that later was returned. I have notified my credit card company, signed a notorized form and are waiting to hear back from them. I have ordered many things in the past on the internet without any problems. Unfortunately, this order was the largest amount I ever ordered on the net.
