Beware...this guy named Richard Yarger or Quananis Shelton (in which I later on found out)...he offers a credit repair service and doesn't deliver at all and I've yet to get back a dime. His cell phone is tied to a name "Stephani Harper"...so look out for her too. His phone is no longer in service and he's on the run so you may hear about him in the following location:
