Richardo Trinidad is a man of about 44 years who answered an ad I had to rent a room in my apt. When he came to see me he said he had a job selling medical supplies for diabetics and that he was a trumpet player for a popular latin band. After staying here and seeming like a clean and responsible person, it turns out that he lost his job, could not pay for the rent and claimed to have all these friends and partners that would give him the money until he got back on his feet. He lied every day and stalled for another week without paying the weekly rent. Everyday was another excuse and then he claimed to be selling a home in Panama his hometown and wanted my bank account number to transfer money with a friend of his in panama. of course this raised a red flag and i of course said no. Before this he had borrowed money from me and owed me also for half of a utility bill which he did not pay either. I warned him and gave him an opportunity to pay before I wrote this but he simply stated dont threaten me. Please be careful if you are considering any business transactions with him and also renting to him. He is NOT the person he appears to be. I am a disabled grandmother he took advantage of before I had no choice than to tell him to leave. He still has made no attempt to pay me. He seems lazy and quite content having others pay his way. I believe he is just a liar and scammer with no conscience. He claims that if i write this to watch what he does to me, just for the record.

After trying to reason with this guy to return my keys to the apt and paying me the money he borrowed from me, he threatened me by telling me that i should be careful of what i say that he would get me for reporting him. Although I am disabled he did not have a problem taking advantage of my kindness when he was ill i tried to be accommodating by letting him stay a couple of extra days even though he never paid. He blatantly stole my cash and then used my credit card to order internet for his room without my knowledge. I was stupid to even trust him around the huse when i was on vacation for 5 days.He never paid for anything when the amount was taken out of my bank account for his internet bill. This of course means that he is also a sneaky thief who locked himself in his room so i never would find out until he left me hanging with the bill. He is a telemarketer with no bank acct himself,no transportation of any kind to get to work and claimed he was buying a car,or anything of his own. I believe he uses both men and women to swindle his way into getting money with excuses and promises of job offers that do not exist. He is untrustworthy and will try and convince you that his family has a government position in panama. He is a liar. watch out for this guy. He also talks very bad garbage about the women he claims to see and about his terrible boss whom im sure is not his boss at all. Do not rent to him or you will be out of money also.
