Richards roofing is a bad company to deal with. Dale Richards is the owner. Dale refused to come out and repair his companies work. Richards roofing put new roof and sofit on my home. The roof lifted. He told me to buy guters from him for $1,500. to hide his companies mistakes. When I called him he swore at me and hung up.

Richards roofing repaced my elderly neighbors roof. He talked her into having the gutters put on. Her whole basement flooded

All Dale did through out the whole time of our association was complain what a bad luck he has.

Dale Richards and his company Richards Roofing is...

Regarding claimant's neighbor who is 88 years old, we stripped her roof, put a new roof on and put up gutters for her.   She did call us back regarding a small leak in her gutter which we fixed at no charge.  We have not heard back from her regarding anymore complaints.

Regarding claimant's house, after stripping her roof I advised her that there were structural problems with the overhang on the backside of her house from when it was built and that in order to fix the problems you would have to reframe the whole overhang it would be costly.  I also informed her that repair was needed to the facial wood and soffit.  These items were not on the estimate she was given.  I told her that I would repair the facial wood and soffit at my own expense and try my hardest to work with the structural problems.  I did tell her that if she installed gutters to the overhang on the backside of the house she wouldn't notice the structural problems as much.
