Bought 2 tree shear attachments manufactured by Mid State and sold by Richie Bros both labeled as new and unused. One shear wouldn't close. The other shear broke a weld on the frame after multiple attempts at chewing through a 3" softwood tree. I'm currently out the cost of the 2 attachments plus shipping. The quality and craftsmanship is complete trash and I would urge anyone to not even take a second look at a Richie Bros auction or a Mid State attachment. Don't let the made in USA label fool you this stuff is likely imported from China. Neither company would give the time of day to try and rectify.
