I went to his store and picked out the couch I wanted. The couch fell apart a few weeks after I had it in my house. After making numerous phone calls to him, he finally took the couch back.

I went back to the shop and picked out a certain couch that I wanted and he delivered the wrong one to me. He told me that if I wanted another couch I would have to get my own truck and bring the one I had back to his warehouse.

I brought the couch back to him and he gave me another couch that was all wrapped in plastic. I brought it back to my house and unwrapped it to find out it was still the wrong couch. I called him and he didn't want to know anything.

Also, I never received pieces to my bedroom set that I had previously ordered. And the couch I currently have smells like the inside of a vaccuum cleaner bag.

Richie's Furniture does not care!
