Richmond American Homes Poor workmanship, poor customer service, leaking basement, crumbling driveway Lehi Utah
We have been in our home for almost nine years now and the problems just keep coming.
It started with crumbling concrete that we had replaced only to have it do it again. Now our basement is leaking through the foundation. We had Richmond repair the leak prior to us moving in but the repair didn't hold. We have had cabinets fall off the walls and almost hit my son. Our bathrooms leak, and the toilets will not flush. These are not starter homes, Richmond took advantage of the hot market and cranked out homes as fast as they could with no quality control, and part of the blame also lies with Lehi City for allowing these crooks to continue to do business in our area.
