Richmond chase apartment ripoff dishonest fraudulent con artist fake ripoff houston texas Texas .....

Richmond chase apartment- Manger Rita Martinez Wrongful intent to keep my deposit, On audust 6, 2002 i gave a 30 day written notice. This notice was signed by an office staff, William Rhodes, I paid my rent up to the move out date. I cleaned it and turned in the keys. Instead of forwarding my depoist, I received a bill. The only explanation for this is they claim, I had unpaid utilities. All my utilities were paid current. I faxed them copies showing this.

Then they said i paid a $90.00 deposit when i have my contract and money order receipt showing i paid $125.00. They faxed me a copy of their contract, where the $125.00 was scratched through and they had written in $90.00 and they initialed my name. But when i sent my copy showing the $125.00 I heard no more from. The following week i received a letter from a collection agency. They also added fraudulent charges like mtm fees, late fee water, utility fees, rental income charges which came up to $206.26. On 10-21-02 i file charges with Small Claims Court on 01-21-03 I went to court and won my case aganist Richmond chase apartment- Rita Martinez she was found guity.
