Richmond Toyota biggest joke i've heard in years Richmond Indiana
from the begining ! in december 2005 we were having trouble with our old car and we took it to richmond toyota for the second transmission replacement and we were asked why not trade cars! we told the salesman luke hubbard we could not afford to trade at this time. he said i have your car sold and i can get you into a newer one that you can afford! i told mr hubbard that i was behind on the house 2 months and really didn,t need another payment right now ! mr hubbard said i will make up your 2 housepayments if you will let try to get you financed! i told mr hubbard that we were social security and only hada budget that had about $250 per month left for a car payment and he said we can do that! so he processed the paper work and i bought a 2006 ford taurus and he followed me home so my sick wife could sign the paperwork!
when we got the contract from hsbc bank we had a carpayment of $442.43 well above the $250.00 limit i had set for a carpayment! in august we fell behind on the carpayment due to my wifes double eye surgury and we called hsbc to get the payment reduced and they wouldn,t do that ! so on december 9th,2006 we drove to richmond toyota and asked ron mc cauley the president of richmond toyota to help us get a lower payment ! he got on the phone and said no one was in the office at hsbc and he would call on monday ! but sunday december 10th 2006 at 3 am i got uo to take my wife to work and found a empty parking place where my 2006 ford used to sit ! i reported it to the police and they said they would file a report after i talkd to richmond toyota on monday morning and then the officer shook his head and laughed!so when i called richmond toyota they told me that they didn,t have the car ! so i called hsbc and they gave me a phone number to call ! i found my car and all my belonging in indianapolis impound area! i had to pay $50.00 to get all my stuff out of it! i think richmond toyota is putting older people in serious jeopardy! and should be investagated.

I DID NOT DO SUCH A THING. I HAVE NEVER FORCED SOMEONE TO SIGN ANYTHING THAT THEY DIDN'T WANT TO SIGN. I ONLY FOUND AN AVENUE TO MAKE A DEAL WORK THAT WOULD NOT HAVE ANY OTHER WAY. I TOLD THE CUSTOMER WHAT THE PAYMENT WAS BEFORE HE APPROACHED FINANCE.(THAT IS THE LAW) I THEN SHOOK HIS HAND FOR THE APPRECIATED BUSINESS AND DIRECTED HIM TO FINANCE. HE THEN SIGNED OVER 10 DOCUMENTS STATING WHAT HE WAS PURCHASING AND FOR HOW MUCH AND FOR HOW LONG. WHY WOULD HE HAVE SIGNED IT IF HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO TRY TO HELP HIM AND I TOLD HIM THAT BUYING THIS PARTICULAR CAR WOULD HELP HIM GET OUT OF THE CAR HE WAS CURRENTLY DRIVING TO SAVE FURTHER SERVICE CHARGES. I AM APPAULED THAT HE WOULD SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT ABOUT ME AND MY FORMER COMPANY THAT REACHED OUR ARMS OUT TO HIM TO HELP HIM AND HIS SICK WIFE IN TIME OF FINANCIAL TROUBLE.

A 2006 Tarus might retail for $11,800, give or take.
Assuming NOTHING down and a 9% interest rate:
$250 at 9% would pay off $11,000 in 58 months
$442 at 9% would pay off $11,000 in 30 months
$542 at 9% would pay off $11,000 in 24 months
So, what was your deal? Was $250 a month at 9% for 58 months [see the above results] a realistic payment plan for your situation?

Check YOUR copies from the transaction. If you did not sign for the HIGHER payment, who did? Answer: different Loan Documents could have been submitted to the Bank. If this is so, then YOUR name and SIGNATURE were FORGED! That is a crime. You can sue them and recoup your losses and you can get your story to the News Stations in your town and EXPOSE them!
If your Loan was re-done without your signature, you can contact stopautofraud.com for FREE help if no one in your town will help you. YOU MUST get copies of the Loan Documents FROM THE BANK, not the Dealership!!
Good Luck! If they lied to you, they most likely lied to the Bank. The Bank has to give you copies. Make sure you get the ENTIRE set of Documents. You MIGHT have an extended warranty that they put in your loan that you NEVER knew about!
Don't give up! Remember, there is something called KARMA!
