Complaint Review: Richners Auto Parts

Richners Auto Parts sent the wrong part, would not claim the returned part, have my money & would not return it! Milesburg Pennsylvania

 I ordered a Engine Control Modual (ECM) which was to be supplied by Richner's Auto Parts, after a long time, the part arrived.  It was the wrong part, I mean exactly the wrong part!  When I spoke oth Jeff Richner, he gave me a big run-around.  I sent him a detailed explaination with pictures of the wrong part he sent me.  He then tried to accuse me of trying to cheat him.  I do not practice crooked dealings, but apparently he does.  I sent the part back, but they refused the delivery, so it, the rong part came bact to me.  Now I have his wrong, and he has my money.  I am going through the hassle of complaining to my credit card company.  What a hassle!  Jeff Richner is a junk yard crook, in my book!
