Complaint Review: Rick Caputo

Rick Caputo advertises on Craigslist Indianapolis under the name "Bill". He advertises "Plumbing at a reasonable rate", but he does try to rip you off. His quote did not include supplies, so I had to pay for any supplies he purchased. He went on a shopping spree at Lowe's, and bought more than he needed. He tried to leave with the extra supplies until I made him give it all to me with the receipt so I could return them. His wife comes with him to the job, and he yells at her constantly, making a very uncomfortable situation for the customer. He does sloppy work also. The reason I am reporting him is that there is a leak in the work he did and he wants me to pay to have him come fix it.
