rick carter has been taking money from his own drawers, and blaming it on other employees. i have not seen this while i was working there, but times have changed and this guy will not.
now he's blaming money loss on a couple people i've worked with and that pisses me off. another thing is this guy is never there to take care of his own buisness, now this i have always seen while working there.
he come in almost never and whan he does he just sits around and smokes. i never really liked the guy and still don't to this day. i don't trust him, i don't want to get to know him.
he is also bring girls into the back just so he can get there names and numbers(he dosen't have very good taste either). he likes them with big t**s and no self-respect(the ones that look like girls from jerry springer, the big monster looking ones).
i've said enough for now but expect more info.

I'm an assistant manager at a Pizza Hut in southern Illinois. This again is one of those Pizza Hut's out West I read about so often on here. Though I must say it's not slamming all Pizza Hut's but finding a way to reveal some information about what's going on there. I compliment that.
My questions are simple and few.
1) Is having somebody outside of employee's in your backroom not a violation of healthcode in AZ? I believe it is here, more so than anything for people who tend to have long hair. If so, have you reported it, to have it investigated by the Health Department?
2) If you know this manager is in the wrong, have you tried to contact somebody over him to get it corrected? I know you said he won't change, but maybe somebody over him has already suspected or noticed this, and is looking for a reason to get rid of him, and you may have that one reason he needs.
3) Why insult the girls? They may have just as many complaints about this as you, but fear to report them on here, due to what you've stated about them.
As far as things that go wrong with managers, I've seen a few store managers come and go in my two years with Pizza Hut. One stands out more than any, he had been doing some illegal activities of his own. I had brought the issue to the district manager without mentioning names. He let it be known he knew of the things occurring and that it wouldn't be tolerated. This worked for a very short while. Upon finding the store manager back to his old routine, I called the district manager again who promptly arrived the next day and relieved the manager of his duties based on some other things I'm still unaware of. Just know that the illegal activities weren't involved in the reasoning (souly because we lacked proof of them occurring).
Hope this gives you some thought, and insight to the company a little deeper than I ever seen as a delivery driver, but now see easily as an assistant manager.
