RICK CASE FIAT DECEITFUL Dealership,Sold me new car with previous damage and will not admit or make repair Davie Florida
I purchased a new 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth from Rick Case Fiat in March of 2014. The original 17" wheels and tires as listed on the window sticker had been removed and replaced with 16" wheels and tires. I was OK with the change as Rick Case provided a credit for the difference at the time of purchase. Everything checked out OK when I took delivery. However a thumping sound appeared at and became unbearably pronounced by 2000 miles. I brought the car in for service and advised them of the wheel/tire problem.
Rick Case service personel advised me that the two rear tires had flat spots on them and could not be rotated to the front as the defect would become more pronounced. Rick Case refused to even consider replacing the defective tires so I ended up having them install two new tires to correct the problem at a cost to me of $440.00. It is my opinion Rick Case personel knew of the defective tires and they switched them prior to purchase, hence a bait and switch with a minor discount and hope the purchaser (me) would not notice the defect. It worked and at no time would they ever admit to it nor assist with any tire warranty.
Now with only 10,500 miles on the car I have a problem with the "factory" paint on the right rear bumper. It is discolored and begining to peel. I bought this car as a NEW car from Rick Case. They are now telling me that the bumper was slighly bumped and that I had the bumper repainted and Rick Case will not consider warranty repair. NOTHING COULD BE FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH! This was supposed to be a brand new car car I purchased from Rick Case and I have never sustained a "bump" or especially never had the bumper painted at anytime since I took delivery.
I am convinced the car sustained damage while on Rick Case's lot prior to sale, they repainted a portion of the bumper so as to sucessfully conceal any damage and sold me the car as new. Well it worked but now the repainted portion is woefully fading and does not match the rest of the car which is pristine. AGAIN RICK CASE FIAT WILL NOT HONOR OR ADMIT REAPIRS THAT ARE CLEARLY WARRANTY WORK. ADDITIONALLY THEY CONTINUE TO ENGUAGE IN DECEIPTFUL AND DISHONEST PRACTICES, DENYING RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING.
BUYER'S BEWARE!! RICK CASE FIAT WILL DO ANYTHING EVEN UNSCRUPULOUSLY IN ORDER TO MAKE A SALE AND WILL FORGET ALL ABOUT IT AS SOON AS YOU DRIVE OFF THEIR LOT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL I EVER GO TO ANY RICK CASE DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE!!!

Firstly, do YOU have ANY PROOF for your accusations? Im betting YOU DONT!!!! Are YOU sure YOU wouldnt say ANYTHING in order to get FREE TIRES AND REPAIRS?? We BOTH know YOU WOULD!!! No proof of wrongdoing OTHER then what YOU SAY happend means IT DIDNT HAPPEN!!! Its what YOU have willingly and with malice posted that is the REAL issue. Its called defamation. NOT very polite considering we live in a VERY litigous society. Meaning People WILL sue and YOU have made it so YOUR POST is on the first page of a search engine.
Making what YOU have posted a DIRECT attempt at damaging thier business. AND YOU DO THIS ALL WITH NO PROOF!!!!!So YOU can see WHY they would sue YOU!! YOUR SUPPOSITION IS NOT FACT AND PRESENTING IT AS SUCH CAN COST YOU!!! We can all understand YOUR frustration but that doesnt give YOU the right to bash them on a public forum. I dont see a ripoff, all I see is someone who is WHINING ONLINE!!!!
The entire web is NOT FB!!! By treating it as such YOU only put yourself in danger. SHOW PROOF OR ITS A LIE!!!! And since youre NOT smart enough to cover your rump on the web we KNOW you arent smart enough to cover your online tracks. With just a court order THEY can find out EXACTLY who you are, where you live, where YOU work. SO either step proper or dont step at all!!! POST PROOF!!! NOT WHAT YOU THINK HAPPEND!!!!! There ARE real life consequences for what YOU do online.
Lawyers LOVE these types of cases since its pretty much EASY MONEY for them. With a court order they can SHOW that what YOU did was a malicous attack designed to CAUSE DAMAGE!! If you dont believe me just look around this site. There are a LOT of C&D and NOTICES OF LITIGATION!!! While you may have the RIGHT to say or post whatever you like, the REALITY is that there is ALWAYS a cost.The RIGHT to do something doesnt make what YOU DO RIGHT!!
