Rick is a thief, liar and uses his job as an excuse to allow other employees to sneak into the guests hotel rooms and steal merchandise.
$300 worth of perfume was STOLEN from my hotel room and when I approached the assistant manager about it, he basically called me a liar and threatned to call the cops on me. I begged for the assistant manager to call Rick who is the GM and he claimed that Rick couldn't be reached.
That Holiday Inn has a lot of shady characters working there. I advise anyone with children or loved one's to stay away from that hotel and from the management staff. It's extremely sad to know that my possessions were stolen and no apology was made.
