This guy placed an order online. Instead of shipping to his home, the billing address, he had it shipped to his office. It was delivered and signed for by a co-worker. He has TWICE contested the charges and is ripping us off. We are a small, family-owned business and have been in business since 1984. He will not answer his office or home phone. He is a cheat.

The payment mentioned that had been previously denied has been reversed and the charges due have been received and in full. Please note that Mr. Frable, as described in the original report, is not, in our opinion or those of our employees, any of the durogatory terms previously used including, but not limited to, thief, cheat, snake, liar.
