I purchased 900 LCD monitors as is but no broken or leaked screen, he told me he has removed all broken and leaked LCD but no guarantee it will work. ASIs. But we received 798 all broken screens or leaked, all scrap. Not a single good scree..
350 p4 systems with 512ram and 40 gb hdd, but we received 300 systems with no hdd and 256 ram.
350 CRT monitors, but we received only 97.
Despite many mail for actual quantity he never gave us actual quantity, required for customs. Finally he said that he put 1000+ LCD monitors, 350 systems and 250 CRT monitors.
We declared 975 LCD monitors, 315 systems and 115 CRT monitors to avoid any mis declaration, but we end up paying customs for goods weren't there.
I have sent him pics of lcds and asking him for claim, he agreed to give 300 rams and 300 hdds in next container.
I am asking him to adjust claim in 3-4 shipments, because it was not looking possible to get my claim from here, until now when I saw you people on net.

i sold this buyer a load of LCD's, as the paper work will say this load is sold as is and that all of the goods are used and the paper work also will tell you that all sales are final, i have talked to this buyer a lot of times every time we have talked there is always something esle wrong, first every one of them were broken. the more we talked the number always was diffrent.. when the LCD's left my warehouse they wasnt broken, i cant tell you the roads the drive drove, he sent me some pictures of the LCD's and from what I was looking at they wasnt broken at all, its is my thinking that he is telling me that all of them are broken so that i will refund all of the money that he paid, plus the trucking coat. I have a company to run and i have asked the person to please send back the LCD's and i would refund his money but as of today that hasnt happen, i talked to the buyer yesterday and he is still not willing to return the prduct for a refund.. so what he is doing telling is telling evrybody that i sent him 100% all broken and bad LCD's ...if I did this then why would i be telling him to just retrun the LCD's and i will give him a full return of his money.. at the end of the day this is what we have, a man that is bitching about a load of LCD's he got and and isnt happy with them, and a man that is saying to this buyer just sent them back for a full return of his money and he still wont do it.. i dont have anything else to say, about this its on him now ,but i keep loseing buyers because of it....

yes i did sale this buyer a load of P4 systems and LCD's and CRT's at the time of the loading i had a lot going ong and was in the warehouse for the loading, when the buyer got the load and was telling me that there were thing missing from this load ,we started working together to fix this, i was thinking that we had it worked out and was moving forward with this, well that what i was thinking but i was wrong, after a couple of months the buyer is back and we are making deal again togerher, and things are looking up, as for this report i have asked the buyer to try to get it removed and they told him that it will not be removed know matter what, but everything is great with myself and this buyer and we have a long time busniess deals together, if people would just take the time to work things out it would be a better world
