NEW JERSEY RECORD PRODUCER RICK IANTOSCA (WHO WON THE GRAMMY FOR JIMMY CLIFF'S CLIFFHANGER CD)and his friend ERVIN STEPP an Ashland Ky buisnessman, invaded the home of our friends house, an internet song writer CHAIN LAVEEN,of Ashland, Ky.who has a large song catalog on Players Paradise website.
They planted hidden cameras, listening devices, tapped his phone lines, and hacked all computers with a trojan called--oh dat battlin cat(o.d.b.c) for short.
They hired a p.i. out of huntington west virginia-who has been going by the name of Steve Morrison(if he's telling the truth) He says he works for World class Martial artist-Danny Lane.
They have had the house hacked for months and the local police in Ashland Ky have investigated 4 times but say they are not equipped to find bugs.no one is trained for that.
Eveything Chain does in his home has a little song title placed on the websites with a little intimidation song to go with it.
They have sent death threats.Iantosca's phone number, which is listed as ROCCO IANTOSCA, is on Chain's Id many times.
Sometimes they take little pictures from their hidden camera tapings and doctor them just enough to where you have to enlarge them-you can see that its Chain in his home.
They have given CHAIN LAVEEN the word to get totally out of the music buissness and off the net.
Iantosca has songs of CHAIN LAVEEN'S at his house when he first approached Chain Laveen in Jan. of 2005 saying he listened to his material on the net, and could get him a record deal.
Everytime Chain writes new material-they let him know they have it-They are taping him as he writes.
They have put embarrasing and vulgar things about Chain on the net,set up sites acting like Chain, that he has nothing to do about, and tried to link him into indecent sites.
WHY?
Iantosca wants Chain Laveen's Song catalog and intends to get rid of Chain to get it.
Iantosca is a coward-His friend Ervin Stepp has been investigated for drug-dealings, and twice for molesting his daughter. This is through Inez Ky, child services, as Chain is a witness against Ervin Stepp in that case.
After finding out about Rick Iantosca's connection to organized crime and drugs, Iantosca turned on Laveen.
Chain Laveen is helping to take care of his 82 year old mother, who has been filmed by Iantosca in her bathroom, and threatened to be put on the net.

I can't thank you enough for stepping up to the plate for me. This report is old by now, however, "Ripoff Report" will not remove it from the web. It is unfortunate that it appears first under my name, but that's the way it is.
This report is obviously rediculous as is the person who wrote it. By pressing charges against this guy, a bench warrant has been issued for his arrest for other matters as "Terroristic Threat" and "Harrassment".
I would hope that anyone who reads this thing will understand just how crazy it is. It just goes to show you how crazy some people are out there. This happened because I had spoken to this person regarding "publishing". I was about to give him information about one of my publishers who might have been able to assist him. After that, I don't understand what happened...he just freaked. Maybe he didn't understand me or something...I don't know.
As you probably are aware, I have assisted many musicians in explaining how to do things with their songs. I even had my phone number on the web. Unfortunately, this person has ended all of that. As much as I have enjoyed assisting where I can, it's just too dangerous out there. You can thank "Randy Lee Stepp" (aka: "Chain LaVeen"), for that.
Things have been quiet for a long time now and I hope it stays that way. Besides my local police, Ashland, Kentucky detectives have also assisted me in this case to an extent.
Again, Thanks a lot. I would hope that others will never have to put up with "Kooks" on the internet as I have.

Admittedly, i don't know Rick very well. But, i have had many conversations with him in the past, both on the telephone, and online in chats and voice chats. and i gotta say rick doesn't seem the type to pull this kind of stuff. Sure he's a producer, but he genuinely loves music, and at least in the time i knew him, helped out on a particular internet music site i was a member of, for free.
rick is a genuine nice guy, and this other dude... he gotsta be kwazy.

Rick is one of the most talented musicians and song writers I have ever known. He does not need to rip any one off, and quite frankly I don't think he would know how to hack into anything, he has been in the industry for over 20 years and still doesn't know how to use the automation of a SSL.
Also if you look into his music history or ask any one that has ever worked with him on anything they would tell you he is one of most honest people and is always will to help.

It's been quite a while since Chain Laveen has made much noise. It should be obvious from his initial "Rip Off Report" that he is some kind of a kook. I mean...planting audio and video devices in his house??? He is a "nut case". He calls himself an "INDEPENDENT PRODUCER" on the music sites. Of course he is "INDEPENDENT". After all, who could he possibly produce besides himself? The truth of the matter is that he has "missed the boat" - so to speak. After trying to make it in the record business...and failing, he clings to "self production" on internet music sites. His songs are old...he is old and his whole "hatred" thing thing is old. By the way...this is getting old.

Randy Lee Stepp misses court date

Chain Laveen (aka: Randy Lee Stepp) was ordered to appear in court on May 22, 2006. He did not appear. The charges were "Harrassment" and "Terroristic Threat". Consequently he was issued a bench warrant and his driving priviliges revoked.
Because of all of the terrible and false allegations regarding me, my next step is to sue for libel. I don't know why this individual has singled me out, but he did. The only way to make him see reality was to press charges.

Considering that the information about me is incorrect, I ask: "Why" have you singled me out? Have I ever done or said anything against you on the net. If you have perceived that I have, I apologize. I just find it difficult to understand why all of this negativity (and false, may I add), against me.
I do not know the people you have mentioned. I don't know why you think I do.
I am simply an indepenent producer living in New Jersey. I know nothing about people in Kentucky except that I consider Chain Laveen to be a friend of mine. We speak almost every day. He does believe that I have had anything to do with the problems you have mentioned.

The remarks made against me are untrue - to the point where I have been forced to report all of this to the authorities. There will be an investigation regarding the remarks made.
