Rick Ikon sold my lingerie photos to porn sites. Although I signed a model release, I was under the presumption that the images would be used for his portfolio. He paid me $200.
Since then I have acquired a stalker who was able to google plus the images and then track me down through my business. This has caused severe fear for safety and general anxiety. Although the pics I did with Rick were not porn, he sold them to porn sites, which is a perfect definition of "defamation of character".
