Complaint Review: Rick Johnson Auto & Tire

I took my car to Rick Johnson for an oil change. When my oil change was done they wanted to charge me a thousand dollars for brake pads and struts.I told them no that was way overpriced about 700 dollars to high. 3 days later I had no oil in my engine. Some idiot forgot to put the oil drain cap back in place tightly enough and all the oil drained out of my engine. I called and spoke to the Operations Manager named Kevin. He rudely raised his voice to me, talked while I was talking, and hung up twice on me then the third time I called, he refused to answer the phone. They deliberately sabotage my engine. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Rick Johnson, if you read this, how can you have anyone on your staff that deliberately sabotages a customer's engine plus have an operations manager such as Kevin? Rhetorical
